Some quality lighting in today’s job. Full extension second fixed on a day on my own. A good 11 hour day to get it done ready for the customer. I actually fitted the original fusebox in this house in 2011 and even that still looked great.

Bit of something different today. Underfloor heating in a kitchen and a bathroom. 3 m in the bathroom and 7 metres in the kitchen. Floors all boarded with backer board to retain maximise the heat out of the matting. Then self levelling screed laid over ready for the floor tiles to be laid by the next guy.

Lovely board swap today. Old board had live exposed parts due to incorrect breakers fitted, lid was cracked and held together by insulation tape, swa cables not glanded and that was just the outside. Inside had many more faults.
Teamed up with Josh Taylor on this one with a bathroom renovation being done at same time.

✅ 4 spot in bathroom

✅ new brushed chrome timer extractor fan

Gone with the fusebox range for a new board.

✅ all circuits rcbo protected now

✅ surge protected

✅metal clad board

✅each circuit has its own rcbo

House is safer than it’s ever been now.

Happy new year to you all. Thanks to all the new customers I’ve had this year and to the regular people who use my services time and time again. Sorry if I’m not got to some people this year as we had a baby in September so things got very behind. May 2025 be your year and please get in contact for any projects or issues you need me for. Full weekend of working for me and teamed up with Jack howorth electrical to get the power on up at the chapel for decorum. One of our fave clients may I add. Lots to go at this weekend

✅ 50 plus double sockets
✅ 60 plus spots
✅ led strip lighting in bathrooms
✅ 21 way rcbo board
✅s plan heating system with 5 zone downstairs underfloor heating
✅ full security alarm
✅cat 5 and tv points in every room
✅outdooor lighting
✅5 smoke alarm
✅extractor fans.

Everything was antique brass finish to match the plumbing fitting our client has gone for. Looks the business now. 2 x 11 hour days for three lads. Not done bad I don’t think. Another 3 more to follow on same site. Took a few pics see what you think.

Happy to quote any electrical work and usually aren’t beat on price or speed.

Not posted for a while as I’ve been busy sub contracting for a couple month. Back to work now after just having a few weeks off for our new baby. Today’s job first one I’ve remebered to take any pictures. Garage and workshop room.

✅ New supply and 4 way metal clad board

✅9x metal clad socket outlets in pvc conduit

✅ 7x twin non corrosive led fittings

✅ 2x vertical led wall lights and 30w floodlight all controlled by pir sensor

✅ lighting 2 way switched form either doors.

All done and dusted in the day really enjoyed this one. Customer was made up. His words was ‘can’t even seen any of the cable you’ve installed’ magic or what 👌🏻
