Had a lot of messages asking if I’m still taking on decorating work. I 100% am!

Decorating is my bread 🍞 and butter 🧈 and I’ll never stop doing it 😂

Kitchen spraying and bespoke spraying finishes are just additional services I offer that have become more and more popular. I’ve been doing kitchens for years, long before I moved into spraying them, when they were all hand painted.

So yes, The Loach Method is still very much painting & decorating, alongside heritage restoration and bespoke spraying.

Go to the gym.

Look confident.

Get things done.

And underneath it all their nervous system is running at 100mph.

Scanning.

Checking.

Predicting.

Rehearsing.

Preparing.

Trying to make absolutely sure everything will be okay.

High functioning does not always mean calm.

Sometimes it simply means:

“I’ve become very good at functioning while carrying it.”
