Why I Created The Hiring Desk
Owning my own landscaping and building company, Garden Pro, for over 16 years, I experienced first-hand the frustrations of hiring equipment from traditional asset-owning hire companies.
I was often dealing with people who had never worked on a landscaping project or building site, never had the pressure of a customer waiting, and never truly understood the cost of downtime.
When a machine doesn't arrive or breaks down, it isn't just an inconvenience.
It's one, two, sometimes three members of your team standing around.
It's deadlines slipping.
It's customers asking questions.
And it's money disappearing every minute the job isn't moving.
