Cotmore gardens - Thame
This is the second flat roof dormer we have had to replace in this road. We have installed a EDPM rubber roof with a termination bar between the properties and pvc trims on the gutter edge.

Oakley - Fennemore close - EDPM rubber

This customer had a plastic roofing sheet between his house and garage which was always leaking. He asked us to install a more permanent solution.

Oakley - worminghall road
This customer had problems with a low pitched roof on his property. He asked if we could change his plain tiles for slates as eventually he wants to slate the rest of his roof on his property.
We used easy slate channels between every natural slate due to the low pitch.

We also completed a small metal roof in Brill too.

College Cresent - Oakley - Buckinghamshire

This customer had lots of water coming and staining one of his bedroom ceilings.

We removed all the old concrete valley tiles and installed a fibre glass tray.
We then cut all the tiles into the abutment on the valley and reset the ridges with cement on the ridge line.

Stud Green - Holyport - Maidenhead

Before and after pictures of one of our latest projects. We replaced Brian’s old fibre cement sheets for new black corrugated metal sheets. The customer could not believe the difference and will not have problems with condensation in the future due to the dripstop installed on the under side of the metal sheets.

We do not normally install terracotta ridge tiles with this line of work but we had to match in with the existing roof tiles on the front of the garage.

Oakley - Buckinghamshire

Full roof clean with the traditional hand scrape method.

We also installed new guttering on all sides.

Sherfield on lodden - replacement of fascia to the gable ends. All of the main house was replaced and the double garage.

The customer wanted to remove any cement work from the verges/gables. So we removed the old fascia, undercloak and cement work and just installed new fascia.
