One of our projects in Wendover that we have on the go at the moment. A full re render on the front, extension render at the rear and a full re plaster internally. Looking forward to getting the front rendered as the client has specified it in blue which I’ve only done once before.

We are keeping nice and busy with the weather still being favourable allowing us to crack on with some small and large rendering projects.

🚨 Plasterer / Renderer wanted 🚨

I am looking for a skilled plasterer / renderer to join me :

- Must be experienced in plastering, rendering with modern systems, Lime plastering & rendering, a good base knowledge of the plastering industry.

- All work must be to a high standard, clean working methods are crucial as most work is domestic.

- Must be able to work on their own.

- Must be able to drive.

- The work will be on a self employed basis so will need to be CIS registered.

- Reliability, professionalism and great people skills are all qualities that I am looking for.

The majority of my work is Buckinghamshire based.

We have repaired lots of cracks in the past but this one is up there with the biggest !!

This had apparently been repaired by an insurance backed tradesman, when we turned up to render the exterior alarm bells rang 🚨

This is just the tip of the iceberg, we have taken on weeks more work on top of our original project to make sure the home owner has a safe and secure property to live in.

One of our projects we have got underway at the moment is a small barn conversion in Stony Stratford. An insulated lime system is being used incorporated with cork insulation boards. It will a beautiful and warm space when finished 🔥

This was the first external phase of our Beaconsfield project which have thrown us some unexpected hurdles along the way. We’ve had rotten structural timbers, brick panels coming out and terrible brickwork to deal with.

We have rectified all of the issues and installed a beautiful lime render system. The results speak for themself 😍.

We will be back soon to renovate the rest of the property. Lots of projects going on at the moment and in the pipeline. Busy busy !

Our current project in Beaconsfield 🏠

Damp plaster was removed from the dining room and replaced with a lime plaster system which is compatible with the age of the property and will now let the damp evaporate the plaster.

We are now focusing on the render which is being done in two phases. The first phase is the gable end which has already thrown us some nasty surprises being that the structural oak on the apex is rotten !!! Nothing we can’t handle though so we’ll get it repaired this week and get on with the lime rendering.
