▪️All new door stops and facings
▫️Ceiling opened up and bridled
▪️New stair case fitted for future loft conversion 🪜
▫️New sliding wardrobe doors in both bedrooms 👕

Full house of doors and finishings carried out this week 🏡

▪️Internal doors , facings , skirtings , door stops and window sills ripped out 🗑️
▫️All new pre finished oak doors installed 🚪 🪵
▪️New primed facings fitted
▫️Primed skirtings fitted
▪️Primed door stops fitted 🛑
▫️New timber window sills fitted 🪟

I haven’t been posting much as there has been a lot going on. 🦋

But here is a full kitchen renovation carried out and completed recently. 🔨

🔹 Full kitchen rip out
🔸Complete design change
🔹Floor all prepped with ply for flooring
🔸All new vinyl click flooring installed
🔹New skirting installed
🔸Full new kitchen fit with built in appliances.

What a difference it has made to the property 🤩🤩

Installed 5 new oak doors in a stunning cottage 🪵 🚪

Changed from old eggshell doors to these beautiful oak ones.
Also added two new glass doors to allow light to travel 💡 ☀️

Full bathroom renovation carried out 🛁 🧼 ✅ 🤩

🔸 Full strip out back to bare walls this time 🔨

🔹All new partitions to allow for insulation to be fitted and squared up to align with the new walk in shower and bath 🚿 🔥

🔸 Ceiling lowered to accommodate wet wall height and to allow for all new wiring to go in 💡 ⚡️

🔹 PVC ceiling panels fitted

🔸 Old floor boards fixed, ply lined and new oak vinyl click flooring fitted 🪵

🔹 1.8 walk in shower tray fitted 🚶‍♂️

🔸Larger bath with sunk in storage 📦

A good amount of prep and work went into this one but another delighted customer 👌🤝

A lot of the time the prep work has to be spot on for the finish to be of a high standard 🔨

Been really busy with lost of little jobs and a large project. 🪚

Here is all the prep work in order to start putting the finishing touches on this large bathroom. 🚽 🛁 🚿

▪️New partition’s in order to make walls square for tray and bath

▫️ Ceiling dropped in order to accommodate the wetwall height and make it straight

▪️ Outside walls fully insulated to keep that heat in 🔥

▫️ window splay to keep as much natural light as possible 🪟

Keep your eyes peeled for the finished product 👀 🤩
