We’re hiring: Scaffolding Supervisor

Embassy Site Services is growing. With more projects starting every month, we need a strong Scaffolding Supervisor to grow with us.

What you’ll do:
• Supervise teams and make sure company and industry standards are met
• Produce RAMS and carry out site surveys
• Deliver toolbox talks
• Organise daily labour, lorries and the works schedule
• Support the commercial team with applications and variations
• Monitor handovers and attend client meetings
• Deliver projects on time and on budget

What you’ll need:
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolder Card
• CISRS Advanced Scaffolding Inspection
• Full UK driving licence

Embassy started with scaffolding.

Much of what we know about the trade was passed down from experienced scaffolders who took the time to teach those coming through.

Passing that baton on to the next generation is a commitment we live by every day, and National Scaffolding Week is the perfect moment to shine a light on it.

The need has never been greater. The NASC estimates the sector could have around 40,000 roles to fill in the years ahead, and almost half of firms say vacancies are already limiting the work they can take on.

That's why we launched Embassy Academy in 2022.

As a CISRS COTS facilitator and CITB-approved Site Safety Plus training centre, we've welcomed more than 10 apprentices into the trade since our Academy began

Through Project ACCS, we work with local authorities and clients to create apprenticeships for young people in the communities where we build.
