Outhouse refurbishment in Oswaldtwisle.

Walls cleaned and sealed with a coat damp proofing sealer.
Pir insulation installed and finished with a lining of 12 mm hard faced plywood.
New double glazed UPVC window fitted to finish.

Old York stone paved driveway restored and extended using Raj Indian stone.
Cleaned, jointed with carbon coloured resin and a coat of sealer applied.
New front lawn laid to the front of the property with Staffordshire pink gravelled area to the side of the property replacing an unmanageable lawn.
Sleepers and reinforced concrete panels used to retain areas raised to form driveway extension and path leading down the side of property.
New pressure treated boundary fence built

Our 2026 calendar is now full with projects but 2027 is open so if you would like to discuss any planned projects for 2027 please feel free to contact us.
Anyone who we are currently in contact with and have not received start dates yet we have you firmly booked in and will be in touch soon.
We are currently looking to recruit staff so if this is successful there maybe availability for extra projects being carried out towards the end of 2026, a post will go out on here with the dates available if our circumstances change. Thanks

Rear garden transformed and upgraded.
New Sleeper retaining wall erected with existing Iron railing balustrade reinstalled using new newel posts.
Reinforced concrete pillars used and a DPC sheeting fitted to inner side of wall to ensure a long life span.
Existing lawn area lowered by 250 mm and re-turfed with a low maintenance high wearing turf.
Old decking area removed and covered with gold gravel extending across rear part of garden.
Overgrown bushes and trees cut back.
This was quite a challenging project due to all materials and waste having to be took through the house which included 12000 kg of waste soil removed.

Restoration of a 20+ years old fossil mint patio. Full removal and relay on a full mortar bed. In depth clean and jointed with a traditional colour resin jointing. Flower beds cut into the paving to break up the expanse of paving with a bit of colour once the planting scheme gets established.
Additional utility paving laid at both sides of property making safe access and eliminating the need for steps.
New pressure treated access gates made and fitted.
