Our Business Development Manager, Jon Powell, recently attended Construction-Line Marketplace in Bristol and Highways 2026 at the NEC, meeting with contractors and businesses from across the industry.

Both events provided valuable opportunities to introduce Smart-Space, build relationships with key industry players and explore how our temporary building solutions could support their projects and supply chains.

A little something sweet for a good cause.

Our team recently got together for a Macmillan bake sale, bringing plenty of homemade treats into the office and raising money for charity along the way.

From cakes and brownies to cookies and everything in between, there was no shortage of choice!

A big thank you to everyone who baked, donated and got involved. It was a great way to bring the team together and support a good cause at the same time.

Sometimes, businesses don't have the time to wait for a permanent extension.

That's why we keep 30m and 40m rental buildings in stock, ready to help businesses create additional storage, production or operational space when they need it most.

One of our latest large rental projects is now underway, giving another customer the extra capacity they need with a fast installation and minimal disruption.

Progress is taking shape...

We're excited to share a sneak peek of one of our latest projects, a brand-new 20m x 30m x 4m pickleball canopy that's currently under construction.

Although there's still work to do, it's already coming together brilliantly and giving a great indication of what the finished facility will look like. Once complete, it will provide a high-quality, all-weather playing environment, helping players enjoy the game whatever the season.

We can't wait to show you the finished result.

A day on the road with Emma, our Regional Sales Manager for the South West & South Wales.

An early start saw Emma heading to Emsworth to meet a customer looking to make better use of an unusually shaped yard. The next visit will be one of our project managers to help make sure the customer makes maximum use of their yard.

The next stop was a padel facility that has already secured planning permission and funding. Seeing the site firsthand allowed Emma to ensure the recommended rental solution is the right fit for the customer's needs.

Every site is different, which is why getting out to meet customers and understand their requirements is such an important part of what we do.

And as a bonus, Emma rounded off the day with a close-up encounter with a Highland cow!
