Emergency floor replacement repaired yesterday over in Leigh ⚒️

The customer had an airline crack in the toilet and as pictures show , for some time. Thankfully no joists were completely damaged.

⭐Rip out of the damaged section of floor and cleaned out.
⭐ Wood treatment, along with 5" dpc
⭐ T&G floor boards with joint & joists adhesive
⭐ 6mm ply over the top ready for the following works.

Removal of blown plaster over original artex walls, due to poor preparation/ sealant

All walls were stabilised and then yellow gritted and plastering mesh was applied in the first base coat and then a further X2 costs for the finish coats 🤝

⭐ Note ⭐ thank you very much to the young chap who helped me carry all the doors up 3 blocks of flat stairs , very much appreciated ♥️

✅ 15m of MDF pencil round skirting boards fitted to a bedroom I plastered the previous week 💪

What's a busy week on the trowel, 3 jobs done✅

✅Platt bridge , kitchen space , floated & skimmed and patched ready for tiling.

✅ Lowton , full bedroom re-skimmed with plenty of bonding work needed.

✅ Ashton in makerfield, 3/4 of the bedroom hacked off and boarded also over boarded ceiling and then full re-skim throughout the room.

Think a beer or two tonight 🍺
