I thought I’d introduce myself and the little family behind this page.

I’m based in Whitworth, where I live with my amazing fiancé, our two wonderful boys and our dog.

Many people don’t know that this business was born from one of the hardest times in my life. After the sudden loss of my dad, I experienced a level of grief and trauma that changed me completely. It made me realise how important it is to slow down, take care of ourselves, and create moments of peace in such a busy world.

That’s why I started my head spa business—not just to offer a treatment, but to create a space where people can switch off, relax, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

Every appointment means so much to me because this business represents healing, hope, and a new beginning for both myself and my family.
