Another dated staircase on its way to being transformed, all the remaining mahogany to be painted white, and the oak handrail and caps to oiled. Once decorated glass is going to be installed on chrome clamps.

After completing the rest of the property with doors earlier this year, today I done the front entrance combi frame with glazed holdenby oak doors. Fixed light and wider opening door. The Frame all had to be cut adapted and build ups added on to get this to work, but got there in the end.

Another busman’s holiday over. And back to work. Amongst other tasks set by her in doors, I completed the inside of our games room/summer house/bar.
Insulated-vapour barrier installed, mdf lined.

Wall papered
Acoustic panelling
Cardene flooring
And fully bespoke bar area made and installed.

I was happy to be back at graft today 😂😂
