🏗️ A NEW PROJECT UNDERWAY IN KENTISH TOWN, ENFIELD

We’re currently onsite at Kentish Town, Enfield, carrying out the MVHR 1st Fix on an exciting residential development.

What was once home to a small car wash has consent for x14 apartments, transforming the site into a characterful, future-facing addition to the area.

Our team are now busy getting the MVHR 1st fix underway.

🏠 Central Vacuum System - 1st Fix Complete!

Another central vacuum 1st fix completed on this property in Sevenoaks.

As this is a prefabricated house, early system design and planning were particularly important. Working closely with the builders and architect from the early stages was essential, allowing us to plan the pipework while the house was being constructed within the factory, ensuring everything could be carefully integrated into the build.

All 1st fix ducting has now been carefully routed and installed, keeping disruption to a minimum while taking into consideration the requirements of the other 1st fix trades.

Good planning at the beginning makes all the difference when it comes to a clean, efficient installation. 👌

👋 Meet the Team – Welcome Ethan!

We’re delighted to introduce Ethan, the newest member of the RB Central Systems team! 🔵⚫️

Having recently completed his GCSEs at Frewen College, Ethan has now joined us as our new apprentice and will be undertaking his three-year apprenticeship through North West London College, working towards his Level 3 City & Guilds in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Heat Pumps. ❄️🔥

Ethan has been eager to join the company and has an interest in developing a career across both ventilation and air-conditioning — two areas that continue to grow within RB Central Systems.

And for those of you who don’t know Ethan, or haven’t already noticed the resemblance… 👀

Yes… another son has joined RB Central Systems! 😂

Richard is definitely going to be kept busy! 🤣

Outside of work, Ethan has a keen passion for anything vintage or retro, from clothing to cars. 🚗 He also enjoys skiing — and keeping with the RB theme, we have a feeling Ethan might just be the most competitive skier of the lot! ⛷️😂

With a creative mind and a natural finesse in everything he does, Ethan is already showing plenty of enthusiasm, and we’re incredibly proud to have him joining our growing team.

We’re excited to see where this journey takes him and look forward to helping him develop his skills, knowledge and experience

Last week, our Director, Richard, and Apprentice, Hayden, attended an intensive two-day training programme with EnviroVent in Harrogate. The course covered the latest ventilation regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring we remain fully up to date with current legislation and developments.

We’re also delighted to congratulate Richard on successfully renewing his NICEIC certification. He passed all four modules and examinations with top marks across the board—an outstanding achievement that reflects his commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards. 👏🏆

🏗️ Project Spotlight – The Sassov London 🏗️

We’re proud to be delivering the MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery) installation at the £5 million Sassov London Project in Golders Green (Helenslea Avenue).

This exciting redevelopment involves the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a brand-new, modern three-storey synagogue, featuring:

• A 200-person main prayer hall
• A function hall
• Commercial kitchen facilities
• A Mikvah

Working on behalf of Swiftdale Developments, our team has been carefully designing and installing a bespoke MVHR system to serve these high-occupancy spaces. Delivering exceptional indoor air quality while discreetly accommodating large volumes of plant equipment has required a highly detailed and coordinated design process.

Over the past few months, we’ve been on site completing our first fix installation, working closely with the wider project team to ensure everything is delivered to the highest standard.

It’s always rewarding to see a complex design start becoming a reality, and we can’t wait to show you the finished result.
