**Meet the Owner – Jason Lee 👋**

Jason is the founder of **Powertec Electrical Services**, with 26 years of hands-on electrical experience.

Starting his apprenticeship at 17, he went on to work with respected companies including Voltek and Powercor before launching Powertec in 2010. Since then, he’s built a local business focused on reliability, high standards and clear, honest communication.

From tracking down electrical faults and restoring power in emergencies to new installations and Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs), Jason takes pride in giving straightforward advice and delivering workmanship that lasts.

When he’s not on the tools, you’ll find him playing racket sports, mountain biking or snowboarding. 🚵🏂

Meet the team!

Matt - Electrician/Manager/F-gas engineer

Matt has been with Powertec for 10 years. During that time he has established himself as an exceptional asset to the team. Specialising in delivering our larger projects, EICRs and fault finding Matt enjoys taking on a variety of challenges.

Joining us initially as a sub contractor before becoming a full time member of staff eventually progressing to become part of the management set up, Matt is on hand to look after your project from design to implementation.

Matt has recently completed his F-gas training helping us as a company achieve our REFCOM accreditation as Powertec expands into the air conditioning sector.

Outside of work Matt is deeply involved with his local football club Ashford Town as a football coach. As well as following football he enjoys early morning gym sessions and attending concerts for his favourite country and rock acts.
