📰 Featured in Build It Magazine - June Edition

Our Cardiff WeberHaus project is showcased in this month's Build It exploring what "turnkey" really means in the self-build world.

The article compares different approaches to turnkey delivery across the industry and our director Nick Blunt was pleased to contribute to the discussion on what sets the process apart.

What makes our turnkey different:
Every WeberHaus project we deliver is bespoke from day one. Not a house from a catalogue, a home designed specifically for your site, your aspirations.

"The process is highly collaborative, and our team quickly understands how much support each self builder prefers."

From shell-only to fully managed turnkey delivery. it's brilliant to see Build It giving readers the full picture on all the options available.

Your Home, Your Way⭐

One question we get asked a lot: "Does it have to be turnkey, or can I finish it myself?"
The answer: completely up to you.

Shell-Only (Wind & Watertight)🍃
WeberHaus delivers and erects the precision-engineered structure - walls, roof, windows, external doors and external finishes. You take it from there with your own contractors for internals, services, and internal finishes.

Perfect if you want hands-on involvement.

Turnkey (Move-In Ready)🗝️
We coordinate everything- from the ground to light switches. Heating, electrics, plumbing, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms. You get the keys and move straight in. Ideal if you want certainty, fixed costs, and minimal stress.

Either way, the exceptional build quality, the energy performance, the precision engineering, and our design expertise will guide you through it.

If you have any further questions please feel free to DM us 💬

Stuart our Senior Architectural Technologist attended the Industrialised Construction Conference in London yesterday.

'It was a fascinating series of excellent speakers and panels discussions around the use of offsite construction, MMC, technology, data and AI for the delivery of housing projects.'
