Got a white hot water cylinder?

It’s probably an unvented cylinder which requires servicing every 12 months to stay safe, efficient and compliant.

The CS Heating engineer will carry out a full assessment to:

🔵Check the installation conforms to Part G3 of the Building Regulations
🔵Check that all the temperature controls are operational
🔵Check that all pressure controls and relief valves are operating correctly
🔵Inspect of all key safety devices
🔵Make an assessment of general cylinder condition.

With the changing weather your garden plants are no doubt growing fast but do make sure they are not growing round your boiler flue too!

At this time of year our gardens grow quickly but are you checking what is growing around your boiler flue?🏡

Overgrown plants, shrubs and climbing vegetation can restrict airflow around the flue terminal, potentially affecting the safe operation of your boiler.

Our engineers regularly find flues completely hidden by foliage, like the one recently seen during a boiler service visit.

Keep plants and overgrowth cut back by at least 300mm around the flue terminal to allow proper ventilation and easy inspection.

It's a simple job that can help keep your heating system operating safely and efficiently.

We always said we wouldn’t do this forever, and now the time feels right to step aside.

C.S Heating & Plumbing, led by Calvin and Sophie, will be taking over. They share our values in looking after both customers and staff and are excited to continue and grow the service we’ve built across Kent, supporting our base loyal customers.

Most importantly, it’s very much business as usual. The same engineers, the same office team, the same phone number, and the same level of service you’ve come to expect.

In truth, if we hadn’t said anything, you probably wouldn’t have noticed.
