We have just just completed the 4th project for this client and I have to say it’s been one of the most enjoyable ones yet.

Our client wanted some outside lighting so he can sit back and enjoy his garden throughout the summer evenings with his family. He wanted some feature lighting to light up the surrounding plants, some half height bollards installed to the patio area and an outside socket to make life a little easier when it comes to maintenance of the garden. Both sets of lighting are run via 2 individual time clocks situated out of sight to keep the visual appeal although easily accessible when needing to change the times during the darker months. We would like to thank Andrew for his continued support. We hope you are as pleased as we are with the outcome of this project.

Installed some soffit lighting for a lovely client in Bearsted today. What a huge difference this small lighting decision has made to this property. We removed a standard wall light by the front door and put these in as replacement. Not only does this add a great feature to the property aesthetically but also lights up the doorway and drive sufficiently.

This client in Smeeth wanted extra security at their property. We replaced an unreliable floodlight for a Google Nest camera + floodlight system. This gives our client access to view their driveway and front garden via their mobile app at any time and anywhere.

Where there’s a will there’s a way.

Our client at Kings Hill Golf Club wanted all the exterior lights on the club house changed.
In total this was 36 lights. 19 of which were emergency lighting with battery back up and 4 were not currently in place and needed re-wiring to accommodate the new emergency light fittings. All powered via a photocell to the rear of the building.
Due to the 4.2m height of the drive through canopy, we hired a tower scaffold to complete this job.

Our customer in ashford wanted his child’s bedroom brighter. We installed 2 new lights, one each end of the bedroom that he had chosen. We also installed a night light in the centre to help his child sleep.
Additionally to this, we changed the lights in his master bedroom, hall and landing as per request.

This outbuilding is being converted into a kids playroom/ Gamesroom.
The client required 6 double sockets in total 2 of which USB sockets, an outside light and a fuse spur that will soon power the underfloor heating.
This is all supply from the buildings own consumer unit (mains board), which is fed via an armoured from the main house.
Due to it all being run surface we used a 20mm white conduit leaving a neat and tidy finish to the installation.
