WELL DONE LADS — A BIG DAY FOR CJ SCAFFOLDING 💪

Absolutely brilliant effort from all the lads at CJ Scaffolding today — every single one of you completed your COTS course and smashed it. That now officially means every operative in the company holds a minimum of a COTS card or higher, which is a massive milestone for us as a team.

This is exactly what we aim for:
Getting our lads further up the ladder, pushing them through their training, and having as many of them as fully qualified scaffolders as possible. Today marks the start of that journey for a lot of you.

We’ve already got two of the more experienced lads booked in for their Part 1 training in three months,
two others enrolled on their apprenticeships,
and another young lad starting his apprenticeship early 2027.

Progress everywhere you look — and it’s all down to your effort, attitude, and willingness to improve.

Congratulations to all of you.
Keep pushing, keep learning, and keep climbing. 💪🔥

CONGRATULATIONS WARNEY — PART 1 COMPLETED 💥

A massive shoutout to Warney, who’s smashed through his Part 1 Tube & Fitting this week. Another huge achievement for one of the hardest‑working men we’ve ever had at CJ Scaffolding.

Warney isn’t just a labourer — he works with the speed of ten men. Tells you something when the chargehands often say slow down Joe boy. Hes always in on time. Always switched on. Always grafting like a man possessed. He’s the definition of reliability.

He’s been with us for years, one of our longest‑serving employees, and genuinely one of the most respected lads across the whole company. A proper gent, a proper worker, and a prime example of the get‑sh*t‑done DNA we thrive on at CJs.

This Part 1 is fully deserved — earned through graft, attitude, and consistency. Exactly the standard we want every young man in this industry to look up to.

Congratulations, thank you, and well done Joe Warne 👏

👏 CONGRATULATIONS Lewis Godden — PART 1 COMPLETED 👏

A massive well done to Lewis Godden, who has officially completed his Part 1 Tube & Fitting this week. A huge milestone for a young man who’s been part of our journey for years.

Lewis has always been close to the CJ family. Director Joe has known his parents for a long time, and Lewis was also part of Craig’s invincible Stanhope & Beaver Rangers side — playing a big role in the club from a very young age. Even back then, you could see the work ethic in him.

When Lewis left school, he went straight into grafting within the roofing industry. Heights, hard work, and long days never fazed him. The directors always knew he had that engine in him, and when the opportunity came to join CJ Scaffolding, he didn’t just take it — he owned it. It didn’t take long for him to establish himself as a key member of his team.

Craig and Joe pushed Lewis to get his COTS and Part 1 done, learning the scaffolding industry properly through college training. And he’s smashed it. You’re a credit to young men, Lewis — exactly the example of attitude, punctuality and willingness we expect within our company.

It won’t be long before you’re driving, and we’re confident that towards the back end of 2027, you’ll be moving on to your Part 2.

Congratulations, thank you, and well done Lewis.

Now time to get back to it.

Enjoy the weekend off, pal 👏
