We have had some lovely reviews over the years, but this one made us smile! A customer recently found us through ChatGPT, which told them we were trustworthy and not looking to upsell. We are chuffed to say they agreed.

If we are being honest, AI and the constant changes to Google keep us on our toes. As a small family business with no marketing department, making sure new customers can actually find us is one of our biggest challenges.

The nature of what we do means we rarely see the same customer twice. Once the damp is sorted and the timber is treated, the job is done properly and you should not need us again. So we have to keep showing up for the people who need us right now, and that means staying visible online.

Over 275 five star reviews across our platforms is something we are incredibly proud of, and we believe that is what keeps Google on our side. So if we have done a great job for you, a review really does make a difference to a business like ours.

This charity does truly incredible work in our community, which is exactly why we’ve proudly supported them for over 10 years.
