Out with the old and in with the new! 🏠

The old shed had served us well for over 10 years, but it was time for an upgrade. It’s now been replaced with this smart new summer house from Tiger Sheds 😮

There are just a few finishing touches left: laying some slabs in front of the doors 🚪 and adding gravel alongside for drainage. Then it’ll be complete!

The quality of this summer house really speaks for itself. Thanks to Tiger Sheds for another well-made building 🤙🏻

A big transformation for this garden! 🌿

The paths, hedges and gravel area had become heavily overgrown, so it needed a proper clear-out. We’ve cut back the hedges, tackled the weeds and opened the garden back up, making the paths easier to access and the whole space feel much tidier.

There’s still another stage to come: over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be sorting through the pots, removing any that are old or broken, refreshing the compost and adding new plants. 🪴🌸

Swift action is needed from the government to help with rising fuel costs. In the last week I have spent over £100 on fuel for my van and machinery and this isn't a cost I will be able to sustain for very long as this only lasts a couple days now. In the last year, fuel costs have rose considerably and it has put an untenable situation on many small businesses.

I depend on fuel to get to my work and operate my machinery. With every cost increase at the fuel pumps it puts more cost pressure on small businesses, particularly to raise prices for customers. These cost increases forces businesses to make untenable choices, such as absorbing the costs, raising prices for customers, or reducing the work they can do.

To support small businesses, the government needs to do more. To allow businesses to keep prices reasonable for customers rather than having to rise prices ever month.

This support should also be given to the many small businesses that also provide a vital service to rural and hard to reach areas, for example, tradespeople and contractors, delivery companies, and farmers.

LETS MAKE CHANGE NOW FOR OUR FUTURE GENERATIONS ELSE THERE WONT BE ANY FUTURE!!!

Nice little tidy up on these borders, clean crisp edges back all weeds removed and dug over ready to plant some new spring/summer bulbs.

Just look at that change, all in less than 3 hours 😯 🤩
