Today, our team came together in green to show support, raise awareness, and remind everyone that mental health matters — in the workplace and beyond. Small conversations can make a big difference, and together we can help break the stigma around mental health.

Big day this Sunday! 🏃‍♂️💨
We’ve been hitting the pavement and clocking the miles to get ready for the Belfast City Marathon Team Relay.

🩷It’s about more than just the run; we’re racing to support two incredible causes: PIPS Su***de Prevention Charity and evorahospice. These organizations do vital work in our community, and every penny donated makes a massive difference.

What a night at our pub quiz on Friday! 🍻🧠
An incredible turnout, plenty of winners, and of course a few friendly disputes with the quiz master along the way 😅

Thanks to everyone who came along, we managed to raise an amazing £562 on the night — bringing us so close to our goal!

With just under 2 weeks to go, training is in full swing as we push for our best time possible. A huge thank you to all the businesses who generously donated prizes, and to everyone who has supported us so far with donations.
