Off site manufacturing 🧑‍🏭.

As health and safety regulations and policies across construction sites sometimes reaches a point where it just isn’t worth having labour onsite manufacturing containment systems and bracketry at a fire risk and at cutting risk in high compact environments.

A small but highly valuable and worthy method is building the bracketry off site and delivering the high volume of repeated bracketry that’s required for the containment system to site cutting out onsite works and risks .

we recently sent off an example pallet of brackets off to a client in Dublin . Manufactured ,Torque tested and inspected ready to be jointed to existing rods onsite .

The reaction was impressive and full pallet load has been sent off.

But it doesn’t stop here it’s not only containment systems we will be delivering . Mechanical plant rooms , Generator rooms and electrical rooms all need panels ,motors and floor raise mounts all need frames and supports made from shallow , deep or double strut .

It’s an exciting process watching off site and onsite collaboration .TL group will continue to create solutions on and off site excelling in areas to keep us in front of the goal posts .

TL Group TLFS - fire systems

Mhuire scoil clane Co.Kildare.

Not only has the fire team installed over 2000 meters of conduit systems and over 800 fire safety devices .

The crew has completed it through weekends bank holidays and night shift rotations.

This has kept the students preparing for exams and keeping the ordinary school hours operational and unaffected .

Job update ⛑️
Colour trend paint factory Kildare .

Friday evening we shut down power to a paint production warehouse.

Friday night to Saturday evening around the clock works to ensure Monday morning start as normal for the colour trend staff .

So far
power supplies are de-energised
Old main incomer stripped out from source to load
Underground electrical ducting in place
4x240mm2 + earth in position for the new route
New joint enclosure mounted ready for glandings

Sunday will be spent glanding terminating testing and commissioning new supply and sub circuits

Critical environment with controlled planning and out of hours dedication .
