Another productive day completing Electrical Installation Condition Reports ⚡

First property- full EICR carried out and passed with no remedial work required ✅ Always great to see an installation in top condition.

Second property- required a consumer unit upgrade along with the installation of hard wired smoke alarms, complete with smart-link radio modules for reliable interconnection. We also fitted an IP-rated light in the bathroom to ensure compliance and safety.

After all work was completed, the installation was fully tested and certified as satisfactory ✔️

⚡️3 PHASE METER INSTALLATION⚡️

Our client had recently moved into a new commercial office premises and wanted to ensure they knew what their usage was with the aid of a KWh meter

We redirected the 25mm 3 phase supply for the sub mains and took it into the outgoing side of our meter, we then installed a new 25mm 3 phase supply from the main DB panel to feed our meter!

This ensured that the usage for this floor was recorded separately from the rest of the building☑️

⚡️That’s a wrap!⚡️

We have just finished a large scale outdoor lighting project, transforming the space into a safe, functional, and visually appealing environment for our client.

The installation included a mix of spike lights, up and down wall lights, low-level step lights, and a feature pergola lighting setup using IP-rated LED strip and more up and down lights!

To the rear of the building, we installed galvanised conduit for an agricultural look to ensure the installation looked in keep with the rest of the property.

The pictures and video really did not do this installation any justice! Another very satisfied client☑️

🔌⚡️Another busy week of electrical upgrades and EV charger installs!⚡️🔌

We carried out several consumer unit upgrades, all fitted with RCBOs and surge protection to bring them up to current standards for EICRs. One consumer unit was also relocated to allow a customer to knock down a wall during their renovation work.

We also completed multiple EV charger installations. One customer had been charging their car from a normal plug socket, which eventually overheated and melted. We replaced this with a proper 7.4kW Ohme charger so they can now charge safely and at full capacity.

Another customer chose a Hypervolt charger, which we supplied and fitted for them.
