‼️Another previous job completed,remember folks get booked in as soon as possible as spaces are filling up for pricing and constructions‼️a lot of hard work went into this job and the weather held us back something shocking.excavation and removal of approximately a hundred and sixty tons of clay and waste materials before we can get started,everything had to be reinforced with concrete as there had been slight subsidence with this ground,foundation,fencing post etc just to strengthen the ground,removal of oil burner and relocated across the garden,shed taken down to gain access,new double skined oil tank replaced,new walls built for retaining purposes with small granite steps for easy access into top high raised patio,all electrics for outside sockets on top patio and wall lights new fencing around outer boundary’s,back,side and front of house,with new flagging at front made up of historic slate coloured flags the same at back and side of house and grouted with and resin based joint it for w**d control and low maintenance,and finished front off with new lawn.and coloured sand stone coloured stones,‼️job done and dusted.if you good people could LIke or SHARE to reach out to new customers that could use are help and expertise thanks .

Well folks start of another new year taking bookings has started so get booked in as soon as possible to save disappointment as its going to be a busy one by the looks of things,a previous job completed with around hundred and forty tonnes of black and red clay which was causing major drainage problems and concrete flags removed,new historic slate coloured flags laid,new granite curbs,and water feature removed and rebuilt,new wall at top of garden and finished off with a new rollout Lawn,job done and dusted ❗️could yous lovely people like & share our post to reach out to those people that need our help transforming your out door space,much appreciated thanks ❗️

‼️Another wee construction previously completed,new driveway installed for a customer for there motor home,maximising the parking area from grass to finish paving area with new steps which is made up of sienna silver paving with granite step risers,sienna graphite paving as Maine area and finished off with tarmack on outer area as there was a lot of different levels to tie into,job done and dusted.‼️

‼️Another previous job completed,this was supposed to be a patio in the middle of the garden but when it was excavated there was almost 12 inches of a fall in the garden so we couldn’t get a level area so we ended up having to build a wall around the outer boundary,wall built, scratched and beaded,then plastered and rubbed up smooth ready for painting.The flags were Mayfair silver with a sienna granite paving brick around outer boundary job done and dusted for any inquiry’s message our page or give us a call thanks for looking.‼️

‼️Another previous job completed,this was a lot of hard work and time consuming with the bad weather to get this job completed considering it was a very tight access had to use a micro digger and telescopic dumper,it was bluffed up for selling purposes,with a concrete path in below the paving 9 inches thick which had to be broken with a jackhammer on the digger and a patio buried in below aswell,see pics which was always flooding but 100 tonne of black clay and broken up concrete later sorted it out to begin the construction,now finished off with historic slate coloured flags and resin jointing for low maintenance,new walls,new steps with granite risers and infilled with sienna silver paving,and finished of with a new artificial Lawn for low maintenance all drainage and man holes sorted,job done and dusted could you good people and friend give us share and a like to reach out to new customers that needs our help in there gardens thanks very much for having a look much appreciated.‼️

Well folks it’s been a while we have been so busy of late this year with the weather letting us at it,this customer as you can see there wasn’t a lot of patio for them to enjoy so they choose this colour,❗️Historic Bracken coloured flags and joint it for grouting which is a resin bond for w**d control.I designed it to level up the top part of the garden and in return we had to add onto the top of the wall with ❗️Scandinavian lathing wood and painted it black for some privacy for the customers,so then the front,side,and path ways around the house also renewed,nice clean tidy job,job done and dusted 👍

Another fairly large construction on this site,this garden had gotten to overgrown and my customer had lost interest so we came up with a plan to bring it back to life and make the garden usable again and due to all the bad weather it took well over double the construction time allocated to construct,‼️we excavated all ground work,❗️all old fencing removed around boundary,❗️old flags removed,❗️and old oil tank removed and a new double skinned tank installed,❗️new historic slate grey flags to be laid,❗️new step at patio doors and back door made up with granite silver curb risers and infilled with granite silver setts,❗️New 8 foot and 6 fencing erected ❗️and to finish off a roll out instant lawn front and back,❗️new curbs at front garden with driveway extended for more parking space,❗️and finished off with new sandstone coloured stones on driveway‼️some transformation on this job,so construction done and dusted.could you like and share our post folks to reach out to new customers that could do with our help to achieve there new gardens much appreciated thanks 👍

Another job previously finished,the customer was having problems with the front door steps being hard to get out and in of there house because of the height of them,and because the previous contractors hadn’t excavated enough clay out of the driveway it was flooding with water as there was no sub base hardcore under the existing driveway the water was bubbling up through the paving when driving on it when it rained.❗️so we constructed a new set of steps with granite curbs.❗️new sienna graphite paving for main driveway with sienna silver paving to match the granite curbs on the outer boundary ❗️excavated all the clay from driveway and re hardcored to set it right for the new paving❗️once again a very happy customer with the final results,job done and dusted 👍
