Good luck Sasha Larsen 👏 ☕️ Fiora’s coffee house

Hi, I’m Sasha, the face behind Fiora’s Coffee Shop, opening soon in Hull city centre! ☕️🤎

I’m a mum of five, so I literally run on coffee and I certainly know how to make a good one! 😂 We’ll be serving a range of iced coffees and matcha, alongside some GOOD sarnies, bakes and a cheeky crumble. ✨

Fiora’s coffee house is named after my little rainbow baby, Fiora 🤍
Her name means “little flower” in Italian, which feels perfect for our little spot opposite the newly renovated, flower filled Queen’s Gardens. I mean, who doesn’t love coffee and flowers? ☕️🌸

We’re making great progress at the moment & can’t wait to announce an opening date & welcome you all soon ☺️

Over £10k in fines! Don’t risk it - get pest management in place - Pest management can start from £1,000 a year! We Care Pest Control Ltd

A North London cake manufacturer and its director have been ordered to pay £10,698.96 in fines, costs and surcharges following serious food hygiene failures, T-VINE reports.

Inspectors found mouse droppings in production and storage areas and the staff kitchen at Sugarbake in Edmonton, alongside mould, damp, structural damage and inadequately protected ingredients.

The business voluntarily closed on officers’ advice because conditions presented an imminent public health risk.

One of today’s jobs…. Elderly lady just bought a bungalow to downsize, 5 days into moving in… scurrying in the loft.

We’ve attended to complete inspection, absolutely infested with rats, 100s of droppings, dead rats on glueboards up there, old traps etc.

Clearly been going on for years!!

Clear evidence of the previous home owner knowing about the rat issue and sold it without declaring it

Ill ensure this client of mine doesn’t pay a penny for their treatment, drain survey and loft clean-up, and it will be the previous homeowner.

That homeowner is lawfully required to declare the rat issue before selling the home.

Don’t be that person, get it resolved before selling up instead of passing it onto the next person that moves in.
