Course: Certified Hot Tub Technician (CHTT)
Dates: 11th – 14th January 2027
Location: SpaTech Training, Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Comprehensive 4-Day Program: Combines essential theoretical and practical training for servicing portable and permanently installed hot tubs and spas.

Official Qualification: Prepares candidates to sit the exam for the official CHTT certification based on the PHTA™ manual.

Teresa Beazley Joins BISHTA as Managing Director.

BISHTA has announced the appointment of Teresa Beazley as Managing Director, effective September 2026.

Bringing more than 25 years’ experience across membership organisations, manufacturing, engineering, healthcare and business services, Teresa joins BISHTA from The Lighting Industry Association (The LIA), where she led initiatives focused on industry capability, education and stakeholder engagement.

Chris Hayes, who has served as BISHTA Managing Director since April 2008, will be working closely alongside Teresa as part of a phased handover programme running through to SPATEX 2027. This extended transition period will help ensure continuity for members and stakeholders while allowing Teresa time to immerse herself in the industry. Chris will remain with the Federation until March 2027.
