Autumn weather is approaching.
Due to this summers heat waves roof surfaces and associated mortar bedding will have suffered from thermal movement on old and new roofs.
This will only become apparent to home occupants when old Cieling straining reoccurs or new patches appear. Much harder to identify on flat mid bit surfaces.
I reccomended a regukar visual check.
But certainly after the first of the autumnal high winds arrive.
