Little job I just finished recently. Design spec was to hide pipes & electrical items, have somewhere for the printer & space for hanging files. It was a. Bit tricky with the lack of space but all boxes ticked & very happy customer.

This is one of my first jobs after starting JM Workshops, I had no machines at the time & was built in my first workshop pictured below. It was more a tin shack than a workshop, unbearably hot in the summer & freezing cold in the winter. Having no machines at the time everything seen here was cut up from sheets of MDF using nothing but a skill saw, edges sanded, assembled, painted & fitted by myself.

One of my more recent jobs. A bespoke kitchen & utility room, deigned by myself to customers requirement, built from scratch, painted & fitted by myself. This kitchen is taylor made to fit with nothing of standard size as the customer wanted the cooker dead centre of the roof lights & I don’t do scribe fillets. I Have been flicking through some of my work photos recently & realised I’ve not posted anything for quite some time soooooo, here we have some reclaimed Rosewood parquet flooring that I laid for one of my customers. They had uncovered a well in the room & made a feature of it then asked me if I had any suggestions of what flooring they could put down wanting something that would really stand out. I happened to know someone selling the reclaimed Rosewood flooring, did them a sample & they loved it. Having never laid parquet looking before I did underestimate how long it would take but we got there in the end & they were very pleased with the finished job

This is a kitchen I designed, built, hand painted & fitted last year. The customer wanted to use the perfectly good fridge & freezer but with the option of adding integrated at a later date, one thing that’s completely possible when your kitchen is bespoke & not restricted to standard sized units. Here’s a wardrobe I designed, built & fitted. It’s been hard getting materials & finding a place to build as I rent a bench but things are getting a little easier.
