This review arrived overnight from a customer in Chandlers Ford, I could not of asked for more from KJM's excellent team...

"We were recommended KJM Windows by someone in our neighbourhood who had recently had their windows replaced, and we’re so glad we took their recommendation!

From our very first contact with Charles in Sales, he was fantastic at guiding us through the different options and quotes, making the whole process clear and straightforward.

Andy and Kerry, who carried out the survey and technical work, were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating, taking the time to make sure everything was carefully considered and explained.

Emma, the Installation Coordinator, was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us regularly updated, was always quick to respond to any questions, and her excellent communication meant we never had to chase for an update.

A huge thank you to Zack, Lester and Shae, who did a fantastic job with the installation. They were friendly, polite and professional throughout, always punctual and incredibly tidy. They were a real pleasure to have at the property, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. They also deserve a special mention for their excellent choice of radio station!

Simon was also fantastic in making sure that any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently, and that everything was finished to an exceptionally high standard. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we were completely happy with the finished result were greatly appreciated.

From our very first contact to the completion of the installation, everyone at KJM has been incredibly helpful, informative and professional, without ever making us feel pressured or rushed.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the experience, the quality of the workmanship and, most importantly, the fantastic team behind it. Everyone we dealt with genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

We would have no hesitation in recommending KJM Windows to anyone considering new windows. A truly fantastic company with an excellent team from start to finish."

What an absolutely incredible few months of feedback here at KJM. We are incredibly lucky to have such wonderful customers, and reading through your recent reviews has been a real highlight for the whole team.

Looking back over the last few months, a few major themes have really stood out to us:

Our Amazing Installation Crews:

Whether it was Lester and Shae working through the hottest day of the year without a single complaint, or Charlie, Ryan, Zac, Jordan, Will, Paul, and Lennon bringing their cheerful attitudes to site, the lads have been praised time and time again for being polite, punctual, and treating your homes with absolute respect. Leaving everything spotless is a non-negotiable for us, and it is great to see that noticed!

A True Team Effort:

A smooth installation starts long before the vans arrive. It has been brilliant to see so much love for Charles’s completely pressure-free quoting, Emma and the office team keeping the admin running flawlessly, and Simon’s meticulous quality control visits to ensure every final detail is perfect.

Here for the Fixes:

We don’t just do full house replacements. We’ve loved reading about Kerry and Josh rushing out to handle emergency callouts, fixing hinges on non-KJM windows, and replacing blown glass in record time. If it can be fixed, we are always here to help.

Stunning Transformations:

From beautiful George Barnsdale timber sliding sashes and ultra-efficient Living Roof Conservatories, to striking Agate Grey and Anthracite Grey Comp Doors, we have had some fantastic photos shared with us showing off some genuinely gorgeous home upgrades across Andover, Wi******er, and beyond.
..And a Fantastic Haircut?

The absolute funniest moment was receiving a glowing 5-star review praising our "clean and welcoming atmosphere" and "Megan the hairdresser." While we appreciate the praise, we suspect that one was meant for KJM Salons in Fleet! As we said at the time, please do not let our installation lads near your hair with a PVC saw.

Thank you so much to everyone who takes the time to leave us a review, share a photo, or recommend us to a neighbour. As a local business, it means the absolute world to us.

Have a fantastic weekend, everyone!

Mark and all the team at KJM

Out with the old, in with the new! Say hello to the latest addition to our growing fleet: a brand new Nissan Interstar. 🚐✨

A huge shoutout to Re-Design UK Ltd for doing such a brilliant job on the sign-writing. She's almost ready to go—just waiting on the finishing touches with our KJM plate, racking, frail, and a roof rack before getting straight to work on our local installations.

Give us a wave if you see this one out on the road! 👋

We absolutely love receiving 5-star reviews, but this one had us scratching our heads in the office today! 😂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Excellent service, a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff. Megan was my hairdresser and was fantastic—professional, helpful, and attentive. Highly recommended!"

As much as we appreciate the glowing praise, we suspect this lovely customer meant to leave their review for the fabulous KJM Salons over in Fleet! 💇‍♀️✂️ KJM Salons

While Lester, Shae, and the rest of our installation lads are incredibly precise with a tape measure and a spirit level, we REALLY wouldn't recommend letting them anywhere near your hair with a PVC hand-saw and a tube of silicone sealant! 🚫🛠️ And unless Andy the Surveyor has yet another alter-ego we don't know about, we definitely don't have a Megan on the team either.

It just goes to show that any business with "KJM" in the name is guaranteed to provide top-tier service! 😉

We will leave the haircuts to the professionals, but if you ever need a gorgeous new composite door to perfectly match your fabulous new hairstyle, you know exactly who to call! 🚪✨

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "We'd choose them again in a heartbeat!"

We absolutely love seeing a home completely transformed! Hannah recently came to us to replace all her windows and doors with fresh uPVC and stunning agate grey composite doors—including swapping an old window for beautiful new French doors to really open up her space.

A massive thank you to Hannah for leaving us such a wonderful 5-star Trustpilot review! 💬 She highlighted Charles for his knowledgeable and pressure-free advice (our No Pressure Promise in action!), our responsive office team, Zac and Lester for their meticulous installation and tidiness, and Simon for his final quality control sign-off to ensure everything was absolutely perfect.

As the Which? Trusted Trader of the Month for August 2026, delivering this level of high-quality finish and exceptional customer service is exactly what the whole team strives for every single day. 🏆

Thank you for choosing KJM Windows & Doors, Hannah!

The customer left this 5* Google review for us. “The KJM team arrived on time and removed an old sash window, replacing it with a double glazed wooden sash. They did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy on completion. Very happy with the final result.”
