So, how has this driveway stayed looking this good for 2 years? 👀

I originally deep cleaned this block paving two years ago — but that wasn’t the end of the job.

Since then, I’ve returned every 3 months to carry out a scheduled aftercare visit, helping to maintain the surface rather than waiting for it to deteriorate and require another major clean.

Each visit allows me to check the condition of the paving and joints, clear accumulated debris and carry out the appropriate preventative treatment.

On this week’s visit, the driveway was thoroughly blown down, the drainage channels were cleared, sand was topped up where required and a w**d preventative treatment was applied.

The result is what you see today — two years after the original clean. 👌

For me, this is the best way to look after professionally cleaned block paving: get it properly restored in the first place, then maintain it regularly to keep it looking its best.

This roof was cleaned and treated by us 4 years ago… 👀

I was back at this property today carrying out some routine exterior maintenance and had to grab a quick video of the roof.

Around 4 years ago I removed the moss and applied a professional biocide treatment — and this is how it looks today.

Still looking incredibly clean and virtually moss-free. 👌

A complete exterior freshen-up on this property 👌

This one needed a fair bit of attention!

The roof had a heavy build-up of moss, which was carefully removed by hand before the gutters were completely cleared and a professional biocide treatment applied to tackle the remaining organic growth.

We then gave all the gutters, fascias and soffits a thorough clean, before finishing off with a pure-water clean of the windows and frames.

A massive improvement to the overall appearance of the property — and the biocide treatment will continue working on the roof over the coming months. 🏡
