The cheapest quote can become the most expensive project.

When you're comparing quotations for a building project, it's very easy to jump straight to the figure at the bottom.

But that's rarely the whole story.

A lower quotation may look attractive until you discover that certain materials haven't been included, allowances aren't realistic or elements you assumed were part of the project are actually extras.

Then the additional costs begin.
