One of the most common issues we see with door locks is lack of maintenance of door cylinders.

As with all other moving parts on doors cylinders require lubricating at least every 6 months to maintain smooth operation.

Oils or WD40 should never be used on cylinders instead we recommend a Graphite Lubricant such as Lution XM
