Its that time of year again where we commonly see External Condensation on glass. So we thought we'd share with you this from FENSA explaining what it is and why it happens.

The good news is there's nothing wrong, its proof your windows are working well at keeping the heat inside your home.

One of the most common issues we see with door locks is lack of maintenance of door cylinders.

As with all other moving parts on doors cylinders require lubricating at least every 6 months to maintain smooth operation.

Oils or WD40 should never be used on cylinders instead we recommend a Graphite Lubricant such as Lution XM

We stock this in our showroom priced at only £12.95 Inc VAT

Keep your door locking smoothly all year round with Lution XM – a simple maintenance routine that can help prevent costly lock problems in the future.

It’s fantastic to see another exceptional new-build home taking shape in Aberystwyth.

The anthracite grey PVCu windows and doors provide a striking contrast against the crisp white render, creating a clean, contemporary aesthetic that complements the property’s modern design.

To maximise energy efficiency, this home has been fitted with upgraded Planitherm One triple glazing, delivering outstanding thermal performance and helping to minimise heating costs throughout the year.

Completing the look is a stunning 48mm solid timber-core Endurance composite front door with an authentic woodgrain finish, perfectly coordinated with the window and door installation for a seamless appearance.
