Earlier this year work completed on our latest Local Centre project for Thistlewood Properties. This project comprises a 4000sqft retail unit for Tesco and sits in the centre of the wider 1500 home garden village masterplan.

studioPH undertook the Architectural and Employers Agent roles from inception through to completion and handover to the Tenant.

Excited to introduce our latest project for Thistlewood Properties which involves the construction of a new build, 1800sqft Starbucks Drive Thru adjacent a new build Sainsbury’s supermarket in the Cheshire town of Alsager.

Work started on site earlier in the year and is on track to be completed this summer.

Introducing our latest project for Thistlewood Properties which sees a vacant site in the centre of Chadderton redeveloped with a new 4000sqft retail unit for Tesco Express.

The proposal is already acting as a catalyst to regenerate the wider area with us working on proposals to redevelop neighbouring retail units.

Works started on site earlier this year and are on track to be completed by the summer.

Last week we completed and handed over our latest new build retail project to Tesco who start their fit-out this week. The almost 4000sqft store forms part of a larger local centre development.
studioPH provided Architectural, Principal Designer and Contract Administration services.

Our latest project for Thistlewood Properties proposes the conversion and conversion extension of a vacant Pub to a convenience retail unit for Tesco Express.

Works are progressing well on site with completion planned for early 2025.

This week we complete and handover our latest retail project to Tesco. This project involved the extension and conversion with extensive structural alterations of a vacant Pub into an 4000sqft retail unit.

Looking forward to seeing the store open in a few weeks time.
