Outdoor kitchens. Are you getting one?

Well done Freddie. Working hard. 👍💪😓

Did you know that outdoor kitchens are incredibly popular at the moment. But, are they here to stay?

Data from the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA) shows that outdoor kitchens and grills have become the number one priority for homeowners renovating their home with garden driving over 40% of standard project demands.

Industry professionals note that outdoor spaces have shifted from being an optional luxury upgrade to a standard expectation.

Traditional BBQ means you standing at the grill while guests sat elsewhere are all social and having fun! Not anymore!!

Modern outdoor kitchens bring the prep space, sinks, and fridges outside, allowing the host to cook without leaving the party 🍻🎉🍾

Will you be getting one?

Not all rentals are made the same 👌

LANDLORD Gas Safety

Arrange a check every 12 months by a Gas Safe Register engineer for all gas appliances, flues, and pipework.

Record Keeping:
Keep the Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) for at least two years.

Tenant Communication: Give a copy to existing tenants within 28 days of the check, and to new tenants before they move in.

Maintenance:
Keep all gas equipment and pipework in a safe condition and fix problems quickly.

Why It Matters
Saves Lives: Prevents invisible, poisonous carbon monoxide leaks and dangerous gas explosions.

Avoids Penalties: Prevents heavy fines, legal action, or invalidating insurance

Landlord gas safety!

It’s also a legal requirement.
