Plumbing, heating and renewables all under one project 🔧

A full plumbing and heating installation completed by the ECS team at Ash Vale Scout Hut in Hampshire.

The project included first and second fix plumbing throughout, with new hot and cold pipework, waste and soil pipework, W/Cs, basins and an accessible WC.

For the heating, we installed a Samsung Gen 7 8kW air source heat pump, along with a new underfloor heating system and two radiators.

We also completed the kitchen and utility plumbing before flushing, testing and commissioning the heating and hot water system ready for handover.

🔧 Another heat pump serviced and ready for the colder months!

Ant was recently in Lower Farringdon, Hampshire, carrying out an air source heat pump and unvented cylinder service.

During the service, Ant noticed the external pipe insulation was starting to deteriorate, so recommended replacing it to help protect the pipework and maintain the system's efficiency.

It's a good example of how regular servicing helps identify smaller maintenance issues before they become bigger problems. 🏡

❄️ Air conditioning install in Staines

Will installed four Samsung Cebu S2 air conditioning units at this home, including three units across the bedrooms and an additional 7kW system.

Pipework and cables were neatly routed through the loft, with pipework for the larger system run underneath the decking. Everything was then pressure tested, vacuumed, commissioned and checked before showing the customer how to use their new systems.

Heating and cooling throughout the home, with the added convenience of control through the Samsung SmartThings app 📱
