Recently completed interior alterations for a client in Alton. This massive space used to be divided into 2 rooms. A kitchen and a downstairs bathroom. We began by removing interior walls and placing a steel in the ceiling for structural support. Removed part of the external wall and fitted the double patio doors. Installed the 2 velux windows in the roof which now make this a very light space. Replaced old kitchen window and side door for new uPVC. Ripped down the old kitchen ceiling which was larve plaster and re-tacked and plastered along with all the walls. Another job well done by our team here and another happy customer 👍🏼

Massive transformation for a customer in Four Marks which we recently completed. Remove wooden stakes and re-landscape the area. Build the new retaining wall, returning for the steps. Lay the 2 patios either side of the decking, leaving space for a flower bed round the outside. Lay the decking and finish off with floor lighting. A very happy customer and huge satisfaction for us! 👍🏼

A recent job we have been working on in Holybourne.

The customer required a garage to be adjoined to the side of the existing property with a pitched roof to match that of the front porch.

The pictures show the process from start to finish. All work was carried out in house by us at MJC Builders.
