Well Debbie and Dave got there eventually on phase 5 and 6 no fault of Chat GPT

Ripped and removed all old flags to put on front
Stoned up patio area
Installed 6x1 retaining against grass
Replaced all 6x1 on old fence to match rest of fence
Installed 18 sqm of kandla grey Indian stone
Installed aco drains against build
Ripped out and installed new gate and framing in 6x1 to match fencing
Built new storage box out of 6x1 treated timber
Custom built 3 bin store using 6x1 timber with doors and lids
Finished off patio area with black resin jointing compound
Formed new step with sleepers and in laid kandla grey Indian stone

PHASE 6

Removed old artificial turf
Dug down 180mm and stoned up area
Reused old flags from back garden and laid new flagged area where turf was
Installed raised flower beds and island with sleepers
Visqueen and stacked sleepers to further protect
Filled with top soil
W**d membrane
Finished off with black ice top for a nice finish

Marked out and dug off area with clearance ready for frame work
Used 4x2 treated timber secured with
100x100mm treated posts postcrete 300mm into ground
Installed w**d membrane on ground
Installed 26 3.6 metre composite boards
Installed l shape end boards
Faced front and side of decking
Cut curve into decking to form round existing tree
Topped up slate area around tree
All cleaned down

Thank you to Sarah and John in Congelton for being amazing start to finish completed work for them 2-3 years ago and messaged wanting some more Indian stone so helped them out

Dug out and removed all old 50mm concrete flags
Removed all old beds
Dug out new area for joining path
Dropped 100mm type 1 mot compacted over whole area
Laid 20sqm of raj green Indian stone for new patio and path
Dug out existing turf against garage to form new flower bed
Altered levels of turf against path and patio to allow water run off
Topped up existing gravel margin with w**d membrane and golden gravel
Finished off with natural buff resin jointing compound

FRONT GARDEN

Remived all old turf bark and soil
Laid down wee membrane over whole garden
Dropped 2 ton of golden gravel
Ripped up existing front door pad and path
Installed new raj green Indian stone pad and path
CLIENTS ask if we could form a couple of steps front front door to drive
Installed a step in brown sleeper
In laid Indian stone in step
Altered existing manhole
Used rising piece and recess lid to hide mangle in step
Finished off with golden gravel
All cleaned down and ready for next one

Well started the week in excavating 36 ton to dig out a footing for a extension dug 800mm below existing footing 300mm below floor level ready for stone sand installation and concrete

Rerouted all existing drains from build
Installed new manhole

Waiting to hear back from building regs for go ahead then on to concrete

Dropped 120 mm of type 1 mot compacted
Laid 8sqm of 900x600 porcelain tiles to boarder new turf
Compacted and screed lime dust
Installed 20sqm of artificial turf
Secured and brushed on timber frame
W**d membrane boarders
1 ton of black ice gravel
Removed old broken fence panels
Installed new 6foot panels
Concrete fixed 3x2 timbers to existing concrete posts
Black backing and finished new Venetian style fencing to rear for extra height
Please forgive the paint job client tried his hardest to get done before install
All cleaned down 2 and a half days not bad

Had a last minute cancellation so was more then happy to fit in the amazing Neil and Mandy from burslem doing some additional Indian stone and prep works for new block paving drive

Massive 40 ton dig out and removal of all old concrete on drive
Laid down geotex membrane
20ton of type 1 mot compacted
Altered all existing gravel boards and replaced 2 posts to accommodate new levels for driveway
Installed 35 sqm of kandla grey Indian stone to match what we did in rear garden
Gravel margin against existing garage
Finished off with ballast resin jointing compound
Additional add on
Custom built on site a 5 foot high enclosed feather board gate for extra privacy
All cleaned down ready for drive way

Installed sleepers boarder on 2 sides to allow new patio to round level
Put down grown sheet
Dropped 100mm type 1 mot combated
Installed 26 sqm of kandla grey 900x600 porcelain tiles
Custom built on site a 4.8x3.6 pergola
Using 100x100 posts
4x2 treated timber
11mm osb boards
Batten style rear and both sides to cover exposed areas above existing fencing to give more privacy
Installed gorgeous black flat roof shingles
Edged roof with green feather boarding to finish off
Boarded patio with 100mm gravel margin with black ice gravel
Finished off patio with storm grey resin
All cleaned down ready to enjoy

Removed all old stepping stones and turf
Dug out areas for new path and patio
Laid down type 1 mot 100mm compacted
Laid 15.75 sqm of fossil mint Indian stone really like
Topped up all levels with top soil to form new flower beds and ready for turf
Laid 35 sqm of premium turf
Nice little feature covered up the rear of concrete garage
Secured with 100mm m8 bolts 3x2 treated timber
Laid membrane and finished off with Venetian batons to make a feature of wall behind patio
Finished off all Indian stone areas with neutral resin jointing compound
All cleaned down ready for clients to enjoy the lovely weather

First time able to complete a nice little 1 day job for a top quality client Ben from Birches Head not all jobs have to be full transformations

Installed a timber frame
Laid down w**d membrane
Laid down lime dust and compacted
Screeded off
Laid 15.75 sqm of artificial turf
Kiln dried and brushed in
Created a gravel margarine as asked by client
Put down 20mm lime stone
All pinned down into timber frame
All waste materials gone and full clean down done and dusted
Installed a feather board face plate to finish off nicely
