Dropped 120 mm of type 1 mot compacted
Laid 8sqm of 900x600 porcelain tiles to boarder new turf
Compacted and screed lime dust
Installed 20sqm of artificial turf
Secured and brushed on timber frame
W**d membrane boarders
1 ton of black ice gravel
Removed old broken fence panels
Installed new 6foot panels
Concrete fixed 3x2 timbers to existing concrete posts
Black backing and finished new Venetian style fencing to rear for extra height
Please forgive the paint job client tried his hardest to get done before install
All cleaned down 2 and a half days not bad

Had a last minute cancellation so was more then happy to fit in the amazing Neil and Mandy from burslem doing some additional Indian stone and prep works for new block paving drive

Massive 40 ton dig out and removal of all old concrete on drive
Laid down geotex membrane
20ton of type 1 mot compacted
Altered all existing gravel boards and replaced 2 posts to accommodate new levels for driveway
Installed 35 sqm of kandla grey Indian stone to match what we did in rear garden
Gravel margin against existing garage
Finished off with ballast resin jointing compound
Additional add on
Custom built on site a 5 foot high enclosed feather board gate for extra privacy
All cleaned down ready for drive way

Installed sleepers boarder on 2 sides to allow new patio to round level
Put down grown sheet
Dropped 100mm type 1 mot combated
Installed 26 sqm of kandla grey 900x600 porcelain tiles
Custom built on site a 4.8x3.6 pergola
Using 100x100 posts
4x2 treated timber
11mm osb boards
Batten style rear and both sides to cover exposed areas above existing fencing to give more privacy
Installed gorgeous black flat roof shingles
Edged roof with green feather boarding to finish off
Boarded patio with 100mm gravel margin with black ice gravel
Finished off patio with storm grey resin
All cleaned down ready to enjoy

After a nice 3 weeks off on a family holiday couldn’t have asked for a nicer customer Sonja and Simon was a real pleasure honestly in scholar green

Removed all old stepping stones and turf
Dug out areas for new path and patio
Laid down type 1 mot 100mm compacted
Laid 15.75 sqm of fossil mint Indian stone really like
Topped up all levels with top soil to form new flower beds and ready for turf
Laid 35 sqm of premium turf
Nice little feature covered up the rear of concrete garage
Secured with 100mm m8 bolts 3x2 treated timber
Laid membrane and finished off with Venetian batons to make a feature of wall behind patio
Finished off all Indian stone areas with neutral resin jointing compound
All cleaned down ready for clients to enjoy the lovely weather

First time able to complete a nice little 1 day job for a top quality client Ben from Birches Head not all jobs have to be full transformations

Installed a timber frame
Laid down w**d membrane
Laid down lime dust and compacted
Screeded off
Laid 15.75 sqm of artificial turf
Kiln dried and brushed in
Created a gravel margarine as asked by client
Put down 20mm lime stone
All pinned down into timber frame
All waste materials gone and full clean down done and dusted
Installed a feather board face plate to finish off nicely

Nice little job for returning clients Charlie and Jan from Congelton completed a full garden renovation October 2024 and with adding finishing touches and making their garden looking amazing got in touch to extend existing patio another row to accommodate their gorgeous garden furniture and completely revamp their front garden

REAR GARDEN

Dug out and removed existing charcoal boarder
Laid down 100mm type 1 mot and compacted
Laid another 5 earthcore espirt porcelain tiles to match existing
Installed new charcoal boarder against grass
Replaced broken flag
Finished off with storm grey resin jointing
Placed all furniture back and full clean down of garden

FRONT GARDEN

Removed existing 450x450 flag path
Removed all existing turf and bark ready for new gravel
Dug out for new block paving strip and path to accommodate daughters car with approach being a bit to narrow for 2 cars to pass
Laid down 150mm type 1 mot compacted
Laid down woven w**d membrane
Screeded area ready for block paving
Installed 8.1 sqm of mellifont carraugh gold tegula paving
Kiln dried sand and cut in
Compacted and re sanded
Laid down 1 and 1/2 ton of 40mm golden gravel in remaining area
All cleaned down
2 days done and dusted

It’s always nice to start a project for a new client however it’s nicer to have a returning client you did a full garden renovation for who recently moved and had us back to complete another garden renovation been a pleasure Kim and Wes

Removed all old 600x600 buff flags
Dug out new patio area ready for Indian stone
Formed new flower beds as a divider between patio and artificial turf area
Used existing shed that client was getting rid of to make a new small lean to against building for bike storage
Put down 16 ton of type 1 mot for sub base for patio and artificial turf 100mm deep
Terran both patio and turf area before hardcore
Installed 41 sqm of rag green 900x600 Indian stone
Put down 30mm lime dust
Installed 70 sqm of 38mm artificial turf
Kiln dried sanded and brushed
Secured down with timber framing around perimeter
Topped up all flower beds
Visqueen inside of flower beds for more protection and hid manhole inside flower bed
Installed recess lid into new patio
Finished off patio area with buff resin jointing compound
Custom built 2 barn style gates to divide back garden and make more secure for the dogs
Primed and flashing lean to
Finished off all areas with 40mm golden gravel
First time for everything installed a timber and net back drop for client behind football goal save neighbours having balls flying in their garden
Topped up existing areas with matching gravel
Topped up front garden with landscaping bark
All cleaned down ready for the next one

Nice little job all boxed off in Alsager for one of the nicest people I had the pleasure of meeting sue turner

Removed all old flagged path and flags outside shed
Removed all grass and rotavated to get levels right for gravel
Installed a brindle block paving edger
Put down hardcore type 1 mot for relaying new paths and pad outside shed
Reused buff ripping and buff 450x450 flags that client already had to make new paths and pad
Removed all plants in existing flower bed bar apple tree ready for turf
Levelled off ground and topped up with top soil
Laid 40 sqm of turf
Made a sleeper flower bed ready for client to grow her veg
Cut back over grown trees and bushes ready to install new fence line
Installed concrete posts gravel boards and vertical slated fence panels painted by client
Laid down double layer woven thick w**d membrane
Put down 6 ton of 20mm golden gravel over remaining area
Installed new brick and flag step for easier access to gravel area of garden
All cleaned down
2 and a half days all done and dusted ready for our massive project next week
