Before & After 👏
The finished paving may be what you see, but what’s underneath is just as important.
This particular project involved:
• Around 40 tonnes of spoil excavated and removed (4 x 8 yard skips)
• 36 tonnes of hardcore installed and compacted to create a solid sub base
• 120m² of paving installed
• Every joint grouted individually by hand
• Around 250m² of new turf laid
A large part of the cost of a quality patio installation is in the preparation underneath it. Getting the groundwork and sub base right is what helps create a strong, long lasting installation that will still look good for years to come.
