🏠 WE'RE HIRING – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM MEMBER
Golden Tree Estates is growing, and we're looking for someone to join our small, close-knit team.
This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day job. The role will involve looking after our rental properties, carrying out inspections and managing refurbishments for new properties we have taken on.
What you'll be doing:
🔨 Liaising with tradespeople to arrange quotes and organise refurbishment work
📋 Keeping refurbishments moving and making sure jobs are completed properly
📞 Keeping landlords updated throughout the process
🏠 Arranging and carrying out property inspections
👋 Meeting tenants and discussing any maintenance issues or concerns
📝 Completing inspection reports and providing landlords with clear updates
🤝 Working closely with the rest of the team to keep everything running smoothly
We're a small team, so everyone plays their part. We want someone who is organised, reliable and isn't afraid to get stuck in and help out when needed.
Just as importantly, personality matters to us. We work hard, but we want to enjoy coming to work too. A positive attitude, good energy and being someone who works well with others is a big part of this role.
You don't need to know everything about property management already. We'd much rather have the right attitude, common sense and willingness to learn.
Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm and own car necessary
💷 Pay: In line with the current National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage applicable to the successful applicant's age.
📍 Based with the Golden Tree Estates team, covering our rental properties across the local area in Stirling, Clackmannanshire and Falkirk.
