There’s nothing worse than getting a fresh new en suite fitted, only for the lights to completely pack up shortly after. 🤦‍♂️

I was called out to a property in Duffield to track down this exact problem. After a bit of fault finding, the issue led me upstairs. I lifted the bedroom floorboards and found exactly what was causing the issue—the main feed-in cable had been damaged during the recent building works.

Took the time to make the necessary repairs properly and safely, and got the customer back up and running. They were absolutely over the moon to have their new bathroom fully functional again!
