I cannot emphasize enough the importance of getting your boiler inspected / serviced each year. The two photographs show the combustion chamber inside a relatively young Glow worm heat only boiler. There has been an leak from the flue and the acidity from the liquid has corroded the casing. Thus resulting in the boiler no longer being room sealed, which means the potential for Carbon Monoxide spilling into the house. New boiler I’m afraid in this case. When was your gas appliance last serviced ?Don’t invalidate your warranties and put yourself in danger. Give us a call.
