Before and after photos of a new house renovation in West Sussex.
This is a bungalow where we’ve extended the porch area out from the property and put in a new front door. We will also be putting in all new windows as they all need replacing. Eventually the area will be built up and tiled for a larger entrance hall.

Some before and afters... A nice little job local to us completed recently. Full rip out to the lounge, dinning room, entrance hallway and landing, all replastered, redecorated, new radiators, alterations to electrics, new flooring, oak doors, custom built storage area under the stairs, floating shelves and alcove units (all built to the clients needs). New velux window with trap and cladded. One happy customer 😀

Our biggest project to date..... we turned this previous HMO property into a 5 bed residential let. Multiple steels to create the Bi-folds and open up the Kitchen, all of the rear extension was underpinned, external walls rebuilt, re-roofed, two large chimneys removed, replastered, rising damp treatment, full new Kitchen, the old Bathroom had a seperate toliet which we knocked through and re-arranged the layout with a new suite, new carpets and flooring throughout, fully redecorated inside and out, new fire walls to the loft and trap hatch created, boiler relocated from the old Kitchen into the basement, old garden excavated for new pavers and garden re-turfed!
