The electrical regulations have recently changed (Amendment 3) and now require all domestic properties to have a metal clad board installed complete with 30 mA RCD protection to virtually all circuits.
All electrical installations degrade with age, so having a new distribution board fitted and your property tested will dramatically increase the safety of your electrical installation and allow us to highlight any safety issues or dangerous defects which may at present go undetected.
