Great News, Warrant now Approved for a Cottage refurbishment in Kincardine. Planning Appeal has been decided on another project with 50:50 result, one part approved, the other part refused. Back to the drawing board for the Client. Planning is progressing for a house Extension in Anstruther with Warrant submission imminent. Proposals for a Bar re-fit at Old Churches House in Dunblane have been issued to Client with works anticipated early in May. Looking for new projects to get involved in and pursuing some other opportunities so here's to a busy few months

Between sub-contract work, Fire Policy Documents for Hotel Clients, Warrant points and Planning Applications, I am on the verge of Client sign off for this House Extension in Anstruther. Great views across the rooftops of the cottages and harbour to Firth of Forth and Isle of May. The Client hopes to get the best of the views from the Master bedroom with full height Juliet balcony.

Sorry for not posting recently, I've been busy progressing some projects in Kincardine, Stirling and Dunblane aswell as carrying out some consultancy work. The dreaded Tax return is done and I'm looking forward to some new projects to get involved in. Will try and post some images of progress from some recent projects in the near future.

I hope the weather clears today, currently en route to rural Perth for a day surveying properties. It can be a great time of year to take in the landscape and scenery.
