Here are some key indicators of a legitimate email.

- Our official communications will always originate from an email address ending in “niceic.com” or “certsure.com”
- We will never refer to your certification as a ‘membership’
- We will never request sensitive information, such as payment details, to be sent via email.

If you ever have any doubts about an email's legitimacy, please forward the suspicious email to [email protected] for verification.
