What an amazing project to be part of in this simply stunning property built in 1932, keeping the traditional feel was most important to the clients..
We have removed ground floor extensive conservatory and 2 upper floor conservatories. Installed new heating system and electrics throughout making it more energy efficient.
Created 3 new extensions, a very lavish open planned kitchen downstairs and 2 en suite bathrooms upstairs. Reused old kitchen and brought back to life in the new utility room. Full refit of all windows and doors to match a desired crittall look. Original flooring downstairs sanded and varnished to bring it back to life. Summer room got a new Velux window, soffits and facias fitted to create more light.
The team have done us proud on this project with every skill set used to bring this house back to life and into a beautiful new living space.
Thank you to all the various trades that we carry within JDM from plumbers, electricians, roofers, rough casters, plasterers, tilers, joiners, bricklayers and painters. Thanks to all of our suppliers who keep the materials flowing.
