⏳ Wow… where does the time go? This week marked our 6‑year anniversary for setting up MCF back in 2020. ⏳

Six years ago, Bernie Dullaghan & Wayne Dullaghan took one of the biggest risks of their lives. Moving away from mainstream employment and going solo and starting MCF
No safety net. 🚫

Just belief, grit, and the stubborn determination that we would make this work, no matter how tough it got. 🦾

MCF was born out of long nights, hard lessons, 80 hour weeks and the determination to create something to be proud of 🤩

Fast‑forward six years and the hard work still matters just as much but the journey has been incredible. 🚀

A few highlights:
• 📦 Grew from 11k sq ft to 70k sq ft in Aintree within two years
• 🏭 Opened our second site (55k sq ft) in Haydock in 2024
• 🏢 Opened our third site (65k sq ft) in Skelmersdale in 2025
• 🤝 Landed major blue‑chip brands alongside a huge community of SMEs
• 🏆 Won 7 major industry awards
• 🏛️ Invited to the House of Lords to represent the industry

As we close out 2025, I’ve taken a moment to look back at what has been one of the most defining years in our journey at MCF. 🤩

This year, we were honoured to receive three industry awards, recognising us as one of the best independent eCommerce fulfilment providers in the UK.

We won our third award of the year on Monday night in gala awards show in London this award was for the Best Family-Run Business. A huge moment for MCF and our family members 🎉

Five years ago, Wayne Dullaghan and Bernie Dullaghan took a leap leaving mainstream employment to launch MCF from scratch. It was a bold move that needed full backing from our family, just in case things didn’t go to plan. Thankfully, it did, so far so good🙌

Since then, we’ve grown across three sites, built a team of 100+ incredible people, and we’re only just getting started 🚀
