Well, we’ve found it… the world’s smallest, least practical fish tank! 🐟🐠

This outdoor floodlight had other ideas and decided to start moonlighting as a water feature. Safe to say, electricity and standing pools of water aren’t exactly best mates.

If your outdoor lighting looks like it’s preparing for a deep-sea dive, it might be time to drop us a message before it completely makes a splash! 💧⚡

😳 Water and high-load appliances… a recipe for disaster.

This is what happens when a plug socket installed directly under a kitchen sink meets a slow leak and a heavy-working washing machine plug. The heat and moisture built up until the plastic completely melted away. 🧼🔥

Thankfully, we got to this one before it turned into a serious house fire, but it’s a massive reminder:
1️⃣ Electrical accessories under sinks need the right protection and regular checks.
2️⃣ If your appliances start smelling like burning plastic, turn them off immediately!

Keep your kitchen safe. If you have a socket under the sink that you haven't looked at in years, go give it a check right now (or call us to do it properly)! 👍

⚠️ HALLOWEEN HAS COME EARLY AT EES! ⚠️

This is a reminder that electricity doesn't take prisoners. We came across this little guy during a recent job—a mouse that managed to find its way into a fuse board, with a very unfortunate, shocking ending. 🐁⚡

It’s amazing what can crawl into unsealed gaps in old consumer units. Aside from being a bit gruesome, wildlife getting into your electrics is a massive fire hazard.

When was the last time your fuse board was inspected and safely sealed up? Don't leave it until it becomes a horror story! 💀
