Completed an EICR for a local landlord, completing all repairs and the returning a satisfactory certificate for 100% compliance.

There are things that I recommend repairing or upgrading, but that is at the discretion of the landlord.

I aim to inspect, test and repair as required by law and offer sound upgrade solutions as a secondary for my clients to consider in the goodness of time. I've been in compliance for over 10 years and know what is required and what is an advantageous upgrade. The later is not required but is a good thing to do, the former must be done to remain compliant, and therefore safe.

Safety is my number one concern, along with customer focused service.

Hi there,

Welcome to my FB Page where I will from time to time comment on works completed or progress with business. I have been tinkering in the background for some time building my self employed contracting business and feel I have achieved what I intended and can now operate completely legitimately offering all the electrical services that every electrical contracting company can offer. So if you need an extra socket installing, or even a whole barn conversion get in touch.

I'm fully insured, both public liability and professional indemnity, fully qualified up to the latest amendments of the regulations, registered with Napit on there competent persons scheme enabling me to sign of building control certification for works completed. In addition to that, I'm fully qualified and experienced in inspection and testing, solar and battery installation (none MCS) and EV charging installation.

I've worked in the industry for 35+ years working in contracting, education (Norwich City College) and at a supervisory level for a number of large FM companies, but my passion is with the hands on stuff and continue to practice this where I can. So if you need anything repairing, installing, inspecting or just want some advice, get in touch.
