This recent office transformation in Manchester is a perfect example. While the space has been designed to support the day to day needs of the team, it’s the standout features that really bring it to life, including the striking curved wall detail that adds character and creates a more modern, inviting environment.

Flexibility is key when designing modern workspaces.

This bespoke meeting room was carefully designed to adapt to the needs of the business, featuring acoustic bifolding partitions that allow the space to be used as one large meeting room or divided into separate areas when privacy is required.

Significant attention was given to soundproofing throughout the project, helping to create a comfortable environment for confidential discussions, presentations, collaborative workshops, and everyday team meetings.

The best commercial spaces don’t just look great, they work hard for the people using them. Every element of this room was designed with functionality, flexibility, and productivity in mind, creating a space that can evolve alongside the needs of the team.

This Hard Hat Awareness Week, we’re taking a moment to recognise something that’s at the heart of every project we deliver: safety.

Whether we’re carrying out a commercial fit-out, refurbishment or interior construction project, creating a safe environment for our team, clients and subcontractors is always a priority.

A hard hat might seem like a simple piece of PPE, but it represents a culture of looking out for one another, following the right procedures and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

A recent glorious day at TRBI HQ and the team is on the move. ☀️🚐

Another busy day ahead with multiple interior fit-outs and upgrade projects underway, keeping the team moving across sites and doing what we do best. It’s great to see things so busy, and we’re grateful to every client who continues to trust us with their projects.

From commercial refurbishments to full fit-outs, we never take that trust for granted. Here’s to delivering more quality work in the weeks ahead.

This photo of project manager Danielle was taken on site back in winter, and in many ways it shows just how long and how much has gone into this major project at The Mere. Since then, months of work have brought both the spa refurbishment and Gatehouse office transformation to the final stages, with the sparkle clean and handover now in sight!

A huge amount of work has gone into bringing this transformation to life, and it’s been fantastic to see it all coming together.

A special mention to Danielle, who has managed this project brilliantly from start to finish. Her coordination, attention to detail and commitment throughout have played a huge part in getting this incredible project to where it is now.

And of course, this has been a real team effort. Credit to everyone involved in delivering what is going to be a very special result.

We can’t share too much just yet, but the reveal isn’t far away now… and it will be worth the wait!

Part of this recent office upgrade included the creation of this sleek new kitchen space, designed to give staff a modern, welcoming area to step away, recharge and enjoy. Featuring handcrafted oak worktops and high-quality finishes throughout, this space is a great example of how attention to detail can elevate everyday environments.

We believe the best workplaces are built around the people using them, and spaces like this make a real difference. We hope the team enjoys it for years to come.

Behind every successful project is careful planning from the very start.

A glimpse behind the scenes with Gully, one of our estimators, whose role is a key part of turning ideas into deliverable projects. From reviewing drawings and preparing costings to liaising with clients, arranging site visits and assessing project requirements, there’s a lot that happens long before work begins on site.

It’s roles like this that help lay the groundwork for successful projects, combining detail, communication and technical understanding every step of the way.

We’re grateful to have Gully as part of the team at TR Building & Interiors and it’s been great to see his development continue to grow!

Creating spaces people want to spend time in.

Part of our recent work at this local cricket club included transforming this relaxed lounge area near the bar, creating a warm, welcoming space for members and visitors to sit back and enjoy.

With upgraded finishes and a fresh new feel throughout, this project is a great example of how thoughtful interior fit-outs can enhance social spaces just as much as workplaces. And as many of you may have seen from previous posts, this formed part of a wider project where we also completed work to the exterior, both bar areas and the function room.

A reminder that it’s not just office environments we work in. We deliver interior fit-outs across a wide range of spaces, each designed around how they’re used.

A workspace designed to work smarter!

This latest office fit-out brought together upgraded open-plan working areas, dedicated meeting spaces, private rooms and specialist storage facilities, all tailored to create a practical, modern environment for the team.

From layout and flow to the finishing details, every element was considered to enhance how the space functions day to day. A great project to be part of and another quality handover for the TR Building & Interiors team.

We’ll be taking a closer look at different parts of this project over the coming weeks and sharing more of the detail behind the fit-out, so stay tuned for more insights.
